Dynaxys Voted Best Place To Work For The Eighth Consecutive Year
The Alliance for Workplace Excellence (AWE) recently announced Dynaxys, LLC as a recipient of the Workplace Excellence Award for the eighth consecutive year. Dynaxys was also received the Health & Wellness Seal of Approval and the EcoLeadership Awards for the seventh year.
The health and well-being of employees has been a vital initiative for Dynaxys from day one. Despite the obstacles a small company can face, Dynaxys works hard to provide a fun, safe and progressive environment for our employees. The employees understand that they are a priority. This in turn is a contributing factor in our high retention rate.
Dynaxys Human Resources Manager, Deborah Grenier, states, “The fact that we are celebrating eight years of being a top employer is incredible. In times where many companies and families have had to cut budgets, Dynaxys continues to provide our employees with excellent benefits, a strong work life balance and many fun activities.”
AWE, a nonprofit organization founded by Montgomery County, Maryland, and Discovery Communications, has recognized the Washington, D.C. area’s best places to work for the past seventeen years. Sixty-two employers are recognized by AWE for their exemplary commitment to building excellent places to work in Montgomery County and through the United States. The winners represent more than one million employees from organizations of all sizes and in all sectors—private, public, and nonprofit. Dynaxys qualified based on factors such as workforce demographics, management practices, corporate social responsibility and, most importantly, a survey of the company’s employees.
“I have worked at many different good companies in my career. I can honestly say at Dynaxys I never worry about not being able to make my family my priority. Dynaxys’ management truly understands that employees are more productive if we are happy.” states Dynaxys’ Marketing Manager, Roxanne Navarra.
Dynaxys will be recognized at the Alliance’s Annual Awards Ceremony on June 10, 2016 at the Bethesda North Marriott Hotel and Conference Center.
