Cynthia K. Mumford
Cynthia is responsible for the day-to-day management and administration of Dynaxys business operations and the long-term strategic direction of the company. She has over 30 years of experience leading the design, development, and management of software applications. Cindy’s experience in Information Technology delivery includes software development, database management, systems management, and project management. She is constantly motivating her team to leverage innovative software and tools to supply the best customer solutions. She earned a Master’s Certificate in Software Development Management at the University of Maryland. Cindy earned a B.A. in History and Russian from Drew University, Madison, New Jersey. Cindy is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
Executive Vice President
Rodney is responsible for business development and strategic planning as well as managing key contracts for Dynaxys. He has more than 30 years of experience in Information Technology areas spanning software development, design, systems management, networking, information security, and project management. He has been instrumental in providing a strong technical foundation to support excellence in service delivery. Rodney earned a B.S. in Computer and Information Science from the University of Maryland. He is a Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP) and certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
Vice President, Operations
Kathleen directs our Service Center operations. She is a Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM) with over 25 years of experience in multifamily loan servicing, financial management, account management, accounting, business process improvement, and system development. Kathleen plans, schedules, and oversees execution for both one-time and ongoing projects and operations. She coordinates year-end closing activities, client reporting and process deliverables, and compliance with internal controls. Kathleen continuously reviews processes and system activities for auditing, financial accountability, data integrity, and risk assessments. Kathleen has a keen understanding of her clients’ business and acts as a partner implementing and operating in support of their program policies. Kathleen earned an M.S. in Finance at Johns Hopkins University, Baltimore, Maryland. She earned a B.S. in Economics and Business Administration from Shepherd College, Shepherdstown, West Virginia.
Tae oversees, leads, and manages corporate financial operations. Since joining Dynaxys, Tae acquired extensive knowledge in federal contract management and cost accounting. She supports corporate strategic development and execution of corporate financial strategies, and serves as the primary interface with banks, public and government auditors, corporate lawyers, and tax accountants. Prior to joining Dynaxys, Tae worked as a Senior Auditor at the Cohn Reznick Group. After earning a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Maryland, College Park, Tae received her Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification.
Vice President, Strategy and Development
Mark is responsible for growth initiatives, government, corporate and client relations, and strategic partnerships. He has over 20 years of public and private sector experience. He served in the Senior Executive Service at the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) as the Chief of Staff to the Deputy Secretary and the Acting Assistant Secretary/General Deputy Assistant Secretary for Congressional and Intergovernmental Relations. Most recently, Mark was the Chief Strategy Officer/EVP for Alpine Companies, Inc., a professional services firm that specializes in federal asset management, and prior to that the Managing Director of Government Services at Actualize Consulting, a management consulting firm focused on mortgage, fixed income, and structured finance. Mark received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government and Political Science from Brigham Young University.
