Vice President of HR and Administration
Deborah provides leadership and guidance to the company’s HR operations. She has over 25 years of HR experience in a variety of industries. As head of HR, she is responsible for setting, enforcing, and evaluating legally compliant human resources policies, procedures, and best practices, and identifying and implementing long-range strategic talent management goals. Prior to joining Dynaxys, Deborah worked as Sr. Manager, HR for a management consulting firm and Director of HR for a startup engineering firm. Deborah earned a Master’s Certificate in Human Resource Management from Walden University and a B.S. in Technology and Management from University of Maryland, University College. Deborah has also earned both SHRM-SCP and HRCI-PHR Certifications.
