Dynaxys realizes that by developing training materials and programs for our clients, we can help our clients function more effectively. In addition to teaching new processes, systems or tools, we show clients how they can quickly retrieve the material they need online. We make every effort to accommodate our clients’ schedules and budgets.
We develop training programs using best practices such as —
- Make strategy drive design. Training programs are designed to support the client’s overall strategic goals and to make it easier to carry out critical business initiatives.
- Offer flexible, on-demand programs. Dynaxys provides flexible a-la-carte training services geared to our customers’ requirements. We can respond to a client’s urgent need for training by developing an appropriate program in weeks rather than months.

- Learn by doing. Dynaxys recognizes that adults learn by performing real tasks and projects on-the-job. One-on-one skills development is available after a training program to further support users as they apply what they learned in their own workplaces.

That’s why our training is offered in the workplace using technology support tools. Clients may select from a variety of cost- effective training models:
- One-on-One or Small Group — Personal support is available for users to learn while they are working. Our online tools and help desk provide real-time support to clients as they generate reports and access customer records using our custom-designed databases.
- Webinars — Clients save time and money with webinars designed and led by Dynaxys professionals. Webinars allow participants to learn at their desks using teleconferencing and Web-based tools.
- Online Job Aids — Dynaxys values knowledge sharing and makes tools available to our clients through Web-based documents and knowledge bases. We develop effective job aids and train clients to use them.
- On-the-Job Training — Dynaxys motivates participants to learn by ensuring that what is being taught will contribute to success on the job.
