The Challenge

Dynaxys provides software architecture and engineering services to enhance the Me, Me, Me applications, monitors and manages server environments, and supports development and testing. Me, Me, Me, is a specialist in voice-enabling mobile applications and the creator of a leading speech recognition platform. The application provides highly accurate real-time voice operation of any application, adapting to each individual speaker and to any application they are using. The Me, Me, Me mobile voice user interface is fast, low cost, and more accurate than any alternative because it is tuned to the individual speaker’s voice. Me, Me, Me partners with mobile application developers to convert their apps to a full voice user interface, making it easily usable for any mobile user, and thus driving up usage. Me, Me, Me holds the patent on the only accurate mobile voice user interface, and research has shown that users have a low tolerance for inaccuracy.

Dynaxys worked with Me, Me, Me to develop the Buy.com application launch (PR Newswire), and we continue to provide ongoing support for Buy.com customer issues. We developed and implemented the server portion of the Me Shops application. We designed and developed the Speech Server Administration tool for managing speech recognition settings and processes, and we provide support on the Me, Me, Me Demo iPhone app. For this work, Dynaxys relies on our extensive experience with J2EE technologies including EJB 3 Session Beans, Java Persistence Architecture (JPA), and Java Server Faces (JSF), the JBoss-Seam Framework with Facelets, and the RichFaces component library.


The Solution

Dynaxys has been providing software development services and support, working with developers and scientists located around the country and abroad. Our current focus is on supporting their server-side needs -- developing and enhancing voice recognition software, algorithms, audio file processing, and testing. We are working with them on monitoring and scaling of the application to handle larger numbers of simultaneous requests.


The End Result

Mobile applications are a $30 billion US market, growing 25% per year and even faster worldwide, yet the major inhibitor of mobile app usage is the tiny keyboard offered on the mobile platform. Microsoft, Google, and Apple believe voice is now ready to become the primary mobile user interface. With the work Dynaxys is providing, Me, Me, Me will be well-equipped to provide their clients with a mobile voice user interface that is fast, low-cost, and more accurate than any alternative as it is tuned to the individual speaker’s voice.
