Cindy Mumford - Vice President, Technical Services

Cindy directs Technical Services for Dynaxys. Her focus includes all aspects of the software development lifecycle, including architecture and planning, requirements analysis, systems development, implementation and maintenance. She provides technical leadership and direction for custom software and systems solutions for customers. Cindy joined Dynaxys in 1986. She has 20 years of experience with software applications and infrastructure. Her career at Dynaxys progressed from Oracle Database Administrator and Manager of Unix Systems to Manager of Technical Services, including software development and outsourced IT operations. She is constantly motivating her team to leverage innovative software and tools to supply the best customer solutions. Previously, Cindy was an application programmer at U.S. News & World Report. She earned a Master’s Certificate in Software Development Management at the University of Maryland, College Park, Maryland. Cindy completed a B.A. in History and Russian at Drew University, Madison, New Jersey.
